January 26^th,2004-the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO),the

international organization for biotechnology's growth and understanding, has invited the Kucera Pharmaceutical Company to compete for its 2004 James. D. Watson Helix Award for Biotechnology Industry Leadership in the Emerging Company Category (www.helixaward.com).  Award winners will be announced in late February in New York, NY.

BIO represents more than 1,100 biotechnology companies, academic institutions, state biotechnology centers and related organizations in all 50 U.S. states and 33 other nations. BIO members are involved in the research and development of health care, agricultural, industrial and environmental biotechnology products.
